Tell us what is not getting paid

Give us read-only access and within five business days you get a one-page finding: denial rate by payer and by code, aged AR, and what it is costing you annually. Yours to keep, whoever you end up hiring.

Before you call or write

Do not send patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claim details or any other protected health information. Phone and ordinary email are not appropriate channels for PHI. Describe the problem in general terms — payer mix, roughly what you bill a year, which part of the cycle is leaking. We will set up a proper channel under a Business Associate Agreement before anything identifiable moves.

Required. We reply from a person, not an autoresponder.

Or skip the form

Same rule on both channels: no patient information.
